Cloudron.io Account

Overview​

A Cloudron.io account manages your subscription and billing. This account is optional and only required to set up a subscription.

The Cloudron.io Account view displays this information.

Account management​

Subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, and password reset can be managed at Cloudron.io (direct login).

Account change​

To switch to a new email address, update it in your Cloudron.io profile.

Transferring subscriptions to another existing Cloudron.io account is not supported. To transfer an account:

  • Email support@cloudron.io with the Cloudron ID(s) to transfer and your old account's email address.
  • We will cancel your existing subscription and refund the pro-rated amount.
  • Delete the subscription from your old account.
  • Log in with your new Cloudron.io account and set up the subscription again.
